I was browsing some photos of the cherry tree that I took with my Nikkor micro lens, and noticed that I had captured a bee! Not too bad for not trying. Looks like an attentive little fellow.
I hadn’t realized how many insects, most of them too small to be aware of, are crawling around everywhere until I bought my first macro lens. Of course this bee is a little larger, but still an insect. I like how the bee isn’t obvious at first but has to be discovered among the “foliage” of the blossoms.
