What Bloomed Last Week

I started off trying to feature new spring flowers as they bloomed, but there were just too many this week.  Top to bottom, left to right, we have Yellow trout-lily (native), Primrose, Spring Beauty (native), Coral Bells Azalea, Magnolia, Bleeding Heart, Virginia Blue Bell (native), Skimmia, and Periwinkle (invasive).  Here’s hoping for at least nine more next week.

Excellent! I felt I stepped in your gorgeous garden!

I love the way how you put the brightest Magnolia at the center and other pictures act like natural vignettes.

Nice to see you are getting well, Reese. I didn’t went on line to update my blog around 2 weeks ’cause too busy. Just miss your photos, it seems good to see them again now.

    Take care,

Thank you! Feeling much better, and the full arrival of spring certainly helps the mood. I hope to get back into a more regular schedule of blog updates.

  2. That’s an attractive collage of images, Reese. I like how you combined very tight crops that fill the entire frame with colour and images that set the flower off against a green background.
