Earlier this week we celebrated Marianne’s birthday with the boys and their ladies with dinner at Luigi Vitrone’s Pastabilities restaurant on Lincoln Street. Luigi was by himself in the kitchen, as he often is, but this didn’t seem to affect his ability to deliver six complex entrees, done to perfection, in very short order. A great time was had by all. I had the Shrimp Evelina for the first time and loved the touch of gorgonzola in the sauce. (By the way, I just noticed that this is my 200th blog post! How time flies…)
Probably as a result of Luigi’s “Old Skool” antiques next to the restaurant, the Pastabilities decor has gotten even more eclectic both inside and out. Take the time to browse the walls the next time you’re there.
